About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct ERP readiness assessments
Develop ERP transformation roadmaps
Advise clients on ERP-related decisions within broader transformation efforts
Lead workshops, interviews, and executive briefings
Surface priorities and build stakeholder consensus
Partner with ERP implementation, modernization, and analytics delivery teams
Support methodology development, thought leadership, and internal capability building
Apply ERP and Finance transformation experience in strategic advisory engagements
Help clients navigate complex decisions, align technology with mission, and drive meaningful change

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–6 years of experience in management or technology consulting, with material client project experience in Finance business process analysis and ERP transformation
Previous employment as a management or technology consultant at a recognized professional services organization
Strong foundational knowledge of Finance business processes, common challenges, and best practices
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations
Ability to perform client project duties independently and collaboratively
Bachelor’s degree required
Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Experience supporting sales and business development
Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs
Knowledge of and material client project experience with Workday or Oracle Finance strongly preferred
ERP certification in Workday or Oracle Finance preferred
Experience with mission-driven sectors such as higher education, nonprofit, and state and local preferred
Experience supporting business development efforts such as proposal writing and sourcing new business preferred
