About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and expand Attain Partners’ Data Services & Analytics Technology Services practice, focusing on Data Integration, Data Migration, and related technology solutions
Serve as technical leader and solution architect across Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft, Informatica, Salesforce, Snowflake, Azure, and related cloud and data technologies
Translate business needs into scalable enterprise architectures and lead complex integration and migration solution design
Establish technical standards, reference architectures, reusable frameworks, delivery methodologies, and technical governance
Serve as trusted technical advisor and primary client escalation point
Lead technical discovery, requirements validation, architecture workshops, and solution design sessions
Oversee delivery teams and ensure scope, budget, timeline, quality, testing, deployment, cutover, and production support standards
Manage technical risks, dependencies, solution decisions, and escalations
Partner with Project Managers, Functional Leads, client stakeholders, DS&A leadership, Account Executives, and Business Development teams
Own technical direction and delivery execution for Integration Solutions and Data Migration Solutions offerings
Build, mentor, and manage Solution Architects, Technical Delivery Managers, Integration Developers, Migration Specialists, and Technical Leads
Define team roles, reporting structures, career development paths, capacity plans, and staffing models
Lead recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, mentoring, performance management, training, certification, and professional development
Manage practice revenue, gross margin, utilization, resource capacity, project profitability, budgets, forecasting, and operational metrics
Report financial and operational performance to the Managing Director and senior leadership
Lead technical solutioning, estimation, architecture development, proposals, RFPs, Statements of Work, client presentations, and solution demonstrations
Build repeatable service offerings, technology-specific sales plays, strategic partnerships, and account expansion opportunities
Evaluate emerging technologies and improve service offerings and technical capabilities
Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, practice growth, team development, and financial health of the Technology Services portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of progressive experience in enterprise technology consulting, data integration, data migration, or solution architecture
5+ years of experience leading technical delivery teams, architects, and/or integration practices
Demonstrated expertise architecting and delivering enterprise integrations and complex data migrations
Strong hands-on knowledge of at least one major enterprise integration platform, preferably Boomi, Workato, or MuleSoft, with architectural oversight across multiple platforms
Experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent client engagements
Experience as a Technical Delivery Manager, Solution Architect, Technical Director, or comparable client-facing technical leader
Experience leading technical discovery, solution architecture, delivery planning, and project escalations
Ability to manage technical resources, team performance, recruiting, and organizational development
Experience managing project budgets, utilization, gross margin, resource forecasting, and delivery profitability
Experience contributing to proposals, Statements of Work, technical estimates, and client solution presentations
Strong communication skills with technical teams, client executives, and internal senior leadership
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
Experience supporting sales and business development
Flexibility to travel periodically based on business and client needs
Preferred: Boomi Professional Developer/Architect, MuleSoft Architect, Workato Automation Pro, or comparable certifications
Preferred: Salesforce platform integrations, Informatica, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, cloud data architectures, data governance, master data management, API management, and data quality solutions
Preferred: Experience in Higher Education, Advancement, Nonprofit, or Healthcare organizations
Preferred: Experience managing geographically distributed and blended onshore/offshore technical teams
