About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review, verify, and validate administrative, labor, and occupational risk prevention documentation for client companies, workers, and equipment
- Deliver training sessions to the project owner company and subcontractors
- Design and develop training resources and content related to the Nalanda system
- Prepare platform guides and support materials for subcontractors
- Manage national and international contracts, including company registration, credential dispatch, and project document review
- Provide customer and subcontractor support via email and phone
- Monitor changes in criteria and legislation and apply complex requirements according to client demands
- Prepare customized reports for client-specific requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to process improvement
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both spoken and written, is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Collaborative, proactive and dependable professional committed to personal ownership of tasks and achievement of team objectives
