About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop campaign propositions, narratives, messaging and delivery plans aligned with brand and business priorities
  • Build campaigns for different members of the buying committee across audiences, channels and markets
  • Lead development and production of campaign assets including webpages, articles, video, social content and emails
  • Coordinate campaign delivery across Content, Creative, Digital, PR and Field Marketing
  • Manage campaigns from brief through launch, optimisation and performance review
  • Recommend editorial priorities and write or edit campaign messaging, reports, webpages, articles, video scripts and thought leadership
  • Turn complex subjects into useful, engaging stories with a distinctive Onclusive point of view
  • Interview customers, experts and senior leaders for content insights
  • Work with the Senior Content & Insights Specialist to incorporate data-led research into wider campaigns
  • Own the Onclusive blog strategy, roadmap and performance
  • Prioritise content for organic and AI search visibility
  • Brief and oversee new content and updates with Digital Marketing and specialist agencies on SEO and GEO
  • Connect proprietary research and timely insights to campaigns, thought leadership and news opportunities
  • Partner with UK and US PR agencies on media stories, newsjacking and executive profiling
  • Measure campaign, blog and content performance, including visibility, engagement, conversions, leads and pipeline contribution
  • Manage the Senior Content & Insights Specialist and Content & Campaigns Marketing Executive
  • Collaborate with Creative, Digital, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing and Field Marketing, and manage freelance content resources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Approximately 7–10 years’ experience in B2B content marketing, integrated campaigns or communications
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting and editing skills, supported by a strong portfolio
  • Experience developing campaigns for different buyer roles and turning a core idea into effective content across multiple formats
  • Strong editorial judgement and ability to develop a distinctive point of view from complex subjects or original research
  • Experience managing a blog and using search, audience and performance data to shape content priorities
  • Working knowledge of SEO and active interest in how AI is changing content discovery
  • Experience working with PR agencies and using earned media to extend campaign impact
  • Strong project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills
  • Understanding of challenges facing PR, communications and marketing teams, particularly around monitoring, measurement and reputation management
  • Experience in B2B SaaS, media intelligence, communications technology or marketing technology would be advantageous
  • Must address whether visa sponsorship is needed now or in the future to work in the UK
