About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the design and delivery of customer-centered user experiences across One10's digital products
- Assist in developing user experience requirements and documentation for the PerformX software platform
- Collaborate with the UX Architect, Product Management, Engineering, and Product Development teams
- Identify and utilize best practices and industry standards in web, email, and mobile app design
- Create user experience journey maps, flows, sitemaps, wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Define navigation, content, and functionality through usable UX documentation
- Apply established UX patterns, design-system components, accessibility standards, and design guidelines
- Participate in user research and usability testing
- Partner with Product Management to determine client needs and requirements
- Execute initiatives aligning user experience and business goals
- Develop UX designs and assets using customer insights, proprietary processes, diagnostic tools, and design solutions
- Consult during project design and development to ensure the UX vision is carried out
- Present UX documentation to the UX, Product, and Engineering teams
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices
- Demonstrate continuous learning in UX research, interaction design, accessibility, and emerging design technologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS in related field of study or equivalent work experience
- Portfolio of published work required for application review
- One year of UX experience through internships, academic projects, professional work, or equivalent practical experience
- Strong computer skills, including Figma for creating detailed UX specification files and UX assets
- Ability to create documents usable by Engineering
- Well versed in cutting-edge principles in User Interface design
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Reliable home-office internet service
- Ability to travel as needed
- Preferred: Familiarity with AI techniques used by Experience Designers
- Preferred: Experience designing B2B products
