About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Build sales tools such as presentations, one-pagers, datasheets, and case studies.
  • Ensure designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
  • Manage multiple design projects, own project timelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
  • Deliver consistent, high-quality assets across marketing and sales channels.
  • Establish processes for managing and prioritizing design requests.
  • Improve the visual clarity and impact of sales enablement materials.
  • Translate complex concepts into accessible visual formats while partnering with marketing and product teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7 or more years of design experience for B2B or technology-focused brands, supported by a strong portfolio of marketing and sales collateral.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma or Sketch.
  • Proven ability to apply and adapt brand guidelines to diverse projects while maintaining strict visual consistency.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Meticulous approach to design and project management, ensuring polished, professional outcomes and organized asset documentation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience designing for the defense technology, aerospace, or government industries preferred.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and basic working knowledge of HTML and CSS preferred.
  • Proven experience designing for marketing campaigns or lead-generation-focused projects preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
