About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead assigned RWE/RWD engagements from discovery and feasibility through study setup, execution, analysis, and final delivery
Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact and maintain communication regarding project status, decisions, risks, and next steps
Translate client business questions into workplans, analytical approaches, milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional execution plans
Direct cross-functional teams across Data & Analytics, Clinical, Research, Product, and other functions
Manage project scope, timelines, dependencies, resources, risks, and changes
Lead project governance, including kickoff meetings, status meetings, executive-ready updates, decision documentation, and action tracking
Review and shape client-facing reports, presentations, data summaries, and other deliverables
Support pre-sales and scoping activities, including feasibility assessments, requirements discovery, proposal development, solution design, statements of work, and contracting inputs
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and connect customer needs to OneOncology's real-world data and evidence-generation capabilities
Support scientific dissemination activities, including abstracts, posters, white papers, manuscripts, and conference presentations
Guide and coach Real World Solutions Specialists
Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of methodologies, project management standards, tools, templates, and service offerings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Public Health, Epidemiology, Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or related field
4–7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, consulting, life sciences, health services research, clinical research, or a related field
Experience leading client-facing projects or engagements involving multiple cross-functional workstreams from planning through delivery
Experience developing project plans, managing scope and timelines, identifying risks, and coordinating complex deliverables across internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of real-world data sources such as EHR/EMR data, claims, registries, or other healthcare databases
Familiarity with RWE/RWD concepts and methodologies
Strong client relationship management and consultative communication skills
Strong project leadership skills
Ability to translate business questions into actionable project and analytical plans
Strong cross-functional leadership and influence skills
Analytical thinking, sound judgment, and proactive problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coach junior team members and contribute to a high-performing team environment
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
