About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support financial planning, analysis, and operations initiatives
- Analyze financial data
- Support reporting and forecasting efforts
- Help evaluate business decisions
- Work alongside FP&A, Accounting, and Treasury partners on day-to-day deliverables
- Build and maintain financial models
- Assist with month-end close and variance analysis
- Help prepare materials for budget reviews and investor reporting
- Attend technical skills, resume building, interview preparation, and professional development workshops
- Engage with company leadership during networking events
- Receive guidance and feedback from a manager and dedicated mentor
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028
- At least one previous internship, or substantial personal or academic projects
- Availability for a full-time, 8-week program running June 21–August 13, 2027
- Ability to work in the New York City office at least 3–4 days per week throughout the program
- Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini; ability to assess and verify AI accuracy
- Act-like-an-owner mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication of ideas
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States
