Develop durable, scalable, cloud-based platform solutions for business-critical processes
Contribute to an agile IAM team developing a cloud-native identity and access management solution
Ensure smooth operations and continuously improve the solutions
Take ownership of technical implementation and make architectural and design decisions
Develop with a strong focus on code quality and sustainability
Use code reviews, CI/CD, and AI to implement ideas quickly
Analyze problems and collaboratively design innovative solutions
Remove obstacles independently or collaboratively using a pragmatic approach
Continuously improve technical standards
Mentor less experienced developers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of professional software development experience
Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification
Ideally, experience with Quarkus, Kotlin or Java, JPA/Hibernate, Keycloak, and structured concurrency
Very good understanding of modern software architectures, particularly microservices, Domain-Driven Design, and Hexagonal Architecture
Experience with Docker; Kubernetes experience is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and JWT
Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Proficiency with SQL databases; ideally, experience with NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis
Solid knowledge of testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
Strong sense of ownership and high standards for code quality
Team-oriented, collaborative personality with strong communication skills and enthusiasm for mentoring
Highly motivated to engage in continuous learning and open to new technologies
Confident working in cross-functional teams with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps
Very good written and spoken German
