About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create high-quality, on-brand design assets across social media, email/CRM, web, print, packaging, and internal communications
Take ownership of briefs and translate campaign and brand objectives into engaging visual designs
Develop creative concepts independently and with the wider creative team
Work with marketers, copywriters, product teams, and external partners to align creative output with campaign goals
Participate in brainstorms, creative reviews, and team meetings
Present work and design thinking to internal stakeholders
Prepare final artwork, optimise files, and export assets for digital and print use
Ensure output follows brand guidelines, templates, and quality standards
Support quality checks and peer reviews
Provide informal guidance and feedback to junior team members or interns
Share knowledge of tools, workflows, and creative practices
Stay current with design trends, platform updates, and new technologies

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of graphic design experience, ideally within a fast-paced in-house team or creative agency
A portfolio demonstrating strong layout, visual storytelling, and cross-platform design skills (digital and print)
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of designing for social media, email, and web
Confidence in presenting ideas, receiving feedback constructively, and adapting work
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
Collaborative mindset, strong team spirit, and ability to meet deadlines under pressure
After Effects and motion design skills are nice to have
