About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the North American partner ecosystem strategy
  • Drive regional revenue growth, market expansion, and delivery scale
  • Own partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced revenue and pipeline performance
  • Build and scale the partner organization, including team structure, coverage model, and talent development
  • Develop joint go-to-market motions with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services
  • Improve win rates, increase deal size, and accelerate sales velocity on partner-involved deals
  • Expand and optimize the active, revenue-generating partner ecosystem
  • Accelerate new-partner time-to-productivity
  • Drive partner enablement and capacity growth for high-quality implementations
  • Establish governance and operating cadence for partner performance and investment ROI
  • Provide leadership visibility into partner contribution and outcomes
  • Act as executive sponsor for key partners, managing senior relationships and resolving escalations
  • Supervise the Americas Alliances Team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years building ecosystem-led, partner-driven growth in high-growth enterprise software companies
  • Proven track record driving measurable partner ecosystem outcomes in enterprise SaaS, including partner-sourced, co-sell, and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings
  • Experience working across Global System Integrators, Regional System Integrators, and advisory partners within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Track record of leading cross-functional go-to-market execution with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Services
  • Experience building or scaling a partner organization, including team design, coverage models, and talent development
  • Four-year degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or equivalent work experience (preferred education and experience)
  • Strategic planning and execution skills
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Ability to lead and scale high-performing teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration and influence
  • Executive presence and senior stakeholder engagement
  • Analytical and operational discipline
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
  • Direct experience in Finance, CPM/EPM, or adjacent office-of-the-CFO software is a strong plus, not a requirement
  • Graduate degree in business preferred
