About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support strategic growth of Eutelsat Network Solutions within U.S. Government, Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and Allied markets, with a focus on aviation business development
  • Identify opportunities, build and manage the pipeline, support capture efforts, track customer engagement, and coordinate with organizational stakeholders
  • Maintain and refine the federal opportunity pipeline
  • Track customer engagements, capture milestones, and program updates across DoD, IC, and Allied organizations
  • Gather, consolidate, and analyze customer requirements
  • Prepare opportunity summaries, qualification assessments, and internal decision documents
  • Manage CRM entries in NetSuite and maintain data hygiene across leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Coordinate meetings, briefings, contact management, and follow-up tasks
  • Develop customer briefs, white paper inputs, talking points, and draft proposal materials
  • Provide administrative support for capture planning, including research, document control, and deadline tracking
  • Prepare for customer meetings, industry events, and cross-functional internal discussions
  • Track interactions across Programs of Record, SDA, DIU, AFRL, DARPA, and other mission stakeholders
  • Coordinate research, scheduling, and materials for Congressional engagement activities related to NDAA priorities
  • Assist in developing strategic outreach plans aligned with emerging legislative opportunities
  • Coordinate engagement with teaming partners, integrators, and distribution partners
  • Research mission needs, capability gaps, acquisition trends, and technology developments relevant to GEO/LEO and alternative PNT solutions
  • Monitor DoD budget activities, program updates, RFI/RFP releases, and public announcements
  • Contribute data, insights, and analysis to corporate strategy activities
  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging across BD and Sales collateral and communications
  • Support marketing content, event materials, social media, outreach efforts, and external visibility
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must reside in the United States
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DOD TS/SCI
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, communications, cyber, space systems, business, or a related field
  • 8–12 years of industry experience in communications, SATCOM, cyber, network operations, or space operations
  • Experience supporting operational units, program offices, or technical teams within DoD or the Intelligence Community
  • Understanding of military communications systems, satellite communications, or network architectures, including GEO, LEO, PNT, cyber, and RF
  • Familiarity with DoD organizational structures, acquisition pathways, and mission requirements
  • Basic proficiency with CRM tools such as NetSuite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and be resourceful under pressure
  • Ability to travel 25–50% nationally and internationally, predominantly nationally
  • Military background and/or government experience is desired
  • Knowledge of aviation and GEO is a plus
