About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, guide, and mentor the team, fostering professional growth and technical autonomy
- Lead and actively participate in code reviews, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Define and promote development and architecture best practices
- Serve as the technical escalation point for resolving complex issues and bottlenecks
- Collaborate with management to define priorities, plan the technical roadmap, and manage the backlog
- Design and architect robust, scalable AI systems for production
- Ensure the performance and stability of AI agents in production through continuous monitoring and optimization
- Explore and test new AI technologies, frameworks, and models
- Document architectures, processes, and technical decisions
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business teams to translate challenges into viable AI solutions
- Communicate the progress, challenges, and results of AI projects to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to the long-term vision for the AI function and identify opportunities to apply artificial intelligence to business growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a technical lead
- Experience developing AI agents
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Strong experience with Python development (Django)
- Experience working on projects involving REST or GraphQL APIs, including both consumption and development
- Experience with relational databases, with a focus on performance
- Knowledge of Docker for development, testing, and deployment
- Technical English for reading and communicating with vendors
- Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Preferred: experience with JavaScript (React)
- Preferred: experience with LangGraph, Anthropic SDK, Google ADK, or similar tools
- Preferred: experience integrating LLM APIs, with a focus on token and context management
- Preferred: experience with RAG and CoRAG pipelines
- Preferred: knowledge of security for dynamic code execution and isolation
- Preferred: experience evaluating the performance and cost of intelligent agents
