Mid to Senior-Level Freelance Learning Designer
Strong expertise in instructional design
Strong expertise in digital pedagogy
Strong expertise in learning technologies
Ability to transform learning requirements into high-quality, engaging and instructionally sound learning experiences
Ability to collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to deliver agreed outcomes
Creativity, innovation and contemporary learning design practices
Interest in leveraging emerging technologies, including Generative AI
Must be able to work as an independent contractor on a fee-for-service basis
Work allocated according to client and project requirements
Scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and professional fees agreed in advance for each engagement
