About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide strategic leadership across OES's technology delivery function, ensuring successful delivery of platforms, products, and enterprise-wide initiatives
- Champion and mature scaled agile practices, including portfolio planning, PI planning, delivery governance, and cross-functional squad alignment
- Foster continuous improvement, automation, DevSecOps, and continuous delivery
- Lead delivery planning, prioritisation, capacity management, budgeting, and governance
- Oversee delivery and ongoing evolution of critical enterprise platforms
- Build, mentor, and inspire leaders, delivery managers, and technology teams
- Work with executive and business leaders to align technology delivery with strategic objectives, customer outcomes, and organisational growth
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery operating model across multiple platforms, programs, and agile delivery teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive senior leadership experience leading large-scale technology delivery functions
- Proven track record delivering complex platform programs and enterprise technology portfolios
- Deep experience operating within Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe), PI Planning and team-of-teams delivery models
- Strong understanding of continuous delivery, DevSecOps and modern engineering practices
- Experience managing technology budgets, vendor partnerships, and commercial outcomes
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive organisational change
- Experience across enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Microsoft technologies, and digital platforms
- Passion for building high-performing teams and delivering technology that creates real business value
