About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and deliver student acquisition and lead generation strategies that drive enrolment growth
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned to university partner objectives
  • Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Sales, Digital, Retention and Marketing Automation teams to optimise conversion outcomes
  • Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and investment decisions to maximise ROI
  • Analyse campaign performance, lead quality and enrolment trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns and course launches from planning through execution
  • Act as the key marketing partner for university stakeholders, building trusted relationships and delivering strategic advice
  • Translate market insights and customer data into actionable marketing strategies
  • Drive prospective student growth through targeted campaigns and data-led decision-making
  • Enhance the student journey from initial enquiry through enrolment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6-8 years of proven experience in lead generation, demand generation, customer acquisition or performance marketing
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand business drivers, budgets, forecasts and marketing ROI
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience developing and delivering integrated marketing campaigns that achieve measurable growth outcomes
  • Ability to use data and insights to optimise performance and influence decision-making
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
  • Experience working in education, higher education, professional services, technology, SaaS or other customer acquisition-focused environments will be highly regarded
