About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own enablement of OpenAI products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and Agents
- Define effective enablement patterns supporting adoption across enterprise business and technical teams
- Serve as a subject matter expert for designated product areas
- Build deep product expertise and support internal enablement
- Identify emerging customer use cases and aggregate customer feedback for product development
- Lead customer enablement across onboarding, expansion, optimization, and long-term adoption
- Design and deliver onboarding sessions, advanced capability trainings, executive briefings, hackathons, and hands-on workshops
- Drive customer activation, sustained usage, and measurable business value
- Partner with Sales, Solution Architects, and Delivery Leads
- Develop reusable training assets, playbooks, and best practices
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback and relay insights to internal stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ years of experience in customer facing, enablement, or instructional roles
- Experience engaging C-level, business, and technical audiences in complex enterprise environments
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Strong product fluency across ChatGPT, Agents, and the broader OpenAI ecosystem
- Practical understanding of applying AI capabilities to real world workflows and enterprise use cases
- Experience leading workshops and enablement programs
- Ability to design learning journeys and facilitate live sessions
- Ability to identify patterns across customers and translate them into scalable adoption approaches
- Ability to connect product capabilities to business outcomes, including productivity gains, operational efficiency, cost reduction, risk mitigation, or revenue impact
- Ability to adapt quickly in live customer environments and respond to real-time questions
- Commitment to safe and responsible AI evolution
- Ability to work from a US office three days per week
- Work authorization in the country where the job is located
