About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop keynote and breakout presentations for first-party and third-party events
Create audience briefs, session abstracts, outlines, decks, scripts and speaker notes
Partner with Product Marketing and Product to ensure talks are insightful, accurate and grounded in product capabilities, customer examples and evidence
Interview speakers and subject-matter experts and turn complex material into clear stories with useful audience takeaways
Prepare speakers through content reviews and rehearsals
Work with Demo Studio to develop demos and event activations
Own content workback plans, coordinating contributors, reviews, approvals and rehearsals with Events and production partners
Adapt event material into reusable presentations, webinar content and follow-up assets
Use audience questions, session feedback and speaker debriefs to improve future talks
Maintain reusable briefs, presentation templates and approved examples

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in content marketing, editorial, product marketing or event content
Portfolio of keynote or breakout presentations with a clear account of contribution
Strong writing and editing skills
Ability to build narratives, explain technical subjects clearly and write for spoken delivery
Experience interviewing subject-matter experts and working directly with speakers through reviews and rehearsals
Ability to research unfamiliar topics, test arguments and verify claims with appropriate experts
Experience collaborating with demo, creative or production teams
Ability to manage content projects across multiple stakeholders and deadlines
Practical experience using AI tools for research, drafting and iteration, with careful review of final work
Ability to work from the US office three days per week
