About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Shape new solutions and lead them from customer validation through launch and repeatable adoption
- Identify valuable problems and define a path to scale
- Partner with FDEs, Product, and GTM to align the roadmap and resolve shared dependencies
- Balance customer commitments with reusable capabilities
- Define solutions around valuable problems and shape the path to market
- Use customer, field learnings, and market evidence to set proof points, narrow scope, and recommend investment
- Select design partners and use pilots to test value and repeatability
- Define quality and launch criteria
- Enable field teams and partners to scope, sell, and deliver solutions using playbooks
- Build the support model needed by field teams and partners
- Track adoption and establish ongoing ownership as solutions scale
- Help build the Forward Deployed Engineering Platform function and define its scope and ways of working
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of product leadership or customer-facing technical delivery experience
- Experience taking technical products from discovery through production and adoption
- Ability to translate customer workflows and deployment evidence into clear product priorities
- Ability to reason through integrations, data, evaluations, and enterprise deployment constraints
- Ability to create structure, make sound decisions with incomplete information, and adapt as priorities evolve
- Ability to build trust and drive decisions across engineering, Product, GTM, partners, and customers
- Understanding of technical go-to-market
- Ability to work from a US office three days per week
- Ability to travel up to 50%
