About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead complex end-to-end deployments of frontier models in production with strategic customers
Own discovery, technical scoping, system design, building, and production rollout
Own technical delivery across multiple deployments from prototype to stable production
Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value
Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption
Scope work, sequence delivery, and remove blockers
Make trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
Contribute directly to code when needed
Codify working patterns into tools, playbooks, or reusable building blocks
Share field feedback with Research and Product to improve models and products
Collaborate with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams
Travel approximately 50%

Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent business-level Korean
5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience including customer-facing work
Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments
Ability to write and review production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models
Understanding of how model behaviour affects product experience
Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders
Must be authorized to work in the country where the job is located, or address visa sponsorship requirements
