About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the EMEA B2B integrated marketing strategy and quarterly plan
  • Align priority audiences, markets, launches, campaign sequencing, channels, and measurement with Consumer Marketing
  • Translate audience insight, cultural and competitive context, product truth, customer proof, and business priorities into regional strategies and creative briefs
  • Develop campaigns across paid, owned, earned, social, field, partner, and sales channels
  • Partner with Sales, GTM leaders, and Marketing Operations on segmentation, target-account priorities, campaign infrastructure, attribution, reporting, and pipeline pacing
  • Orchestrate Brand, Creative, Product Marketing, Customer, Communications, Growth, Demand Generation, Field, Partner Marketing, agencies, local teams, and Production into a coherent audience journey
  • Serve as the marketing interface to Production by aligning scope, budgets, timing, feedback, and approvals
  • Partner with Global Integrated Marketing to shape global campaigns and bring them into EMEA
  • Recommend investment allocations across global, regional, and local activity
  • Use AI to deepen insight, improve briefs and workflows, test new formats, and accelerate execution
  • Track measurable progress across awareness, consideration, engagement, pipeline, adoption, consumption, and revenue

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience leading integrated B2B marketing or go-to-market programs across multiple EMEA markets
  • Experience building joined-up plans with consumer or brand teams, ideally in enterprise technology, AI, cloud, or another category with complex buying journeys
  • Strong strategic judgment and credibility with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to lead independently through ambiguity while staying close to execution
  • Proven track record of driving measurable brand and commercial outcomes, including awareness, consideration, engagement, adoption, pipeline, consumption, or revenue
  • Strong command of audience strategy, positioning, creative development, channel planning, budget and agency management, full-funnel measurement, and cross-market trade-offs
  • Practical AI fluency and experience using AI tools to improve insight, experimentation, execution, and learning
  • Experience operating in a global-regional-local matrix
  • Experience influencing global campaign development and serving as a marketing partner to Production
  • Experience allocating budgets across competing priorities
  • Experience adapting programs to different EMEA cultures, market maturity, regulations, and commercial conditions
  • Ability to build credibility with senior business and technical decision-makers
  • Ability to turn customer insight and proof into campaigns that help complex buying groups progress
  • Ability to work from the Dublin office three days per week
  • Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
