About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate complex product capabilities, use cases, and value propositions into clear, differentiated audience-specific messaging
  • Develop audience segmentation frameworks based on customer needs, behaviors, use cases, regions, industries, and customer-journey stages
  • Create audience-specific messaging and campaign strategies for creators, builders, professionals, students, consumers, and emerging-market users
  • Lead cross-functional marketing programs end to end across awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and advocacy
  • Lead customer interviews, surveys, social listening, competitive analysis, market-trend research, and behavioral-data analysis
  • Turn research and performance signals into personas, messaging frameworks, briefs, campaign recommendations, and market insights
  • Identify cultural, regional, and language-specific opportunities across global markets and adapt global campaigns for local audiences
  • Develop go-to-market plans for campaigns, product features, audience programs, partnerships, and market expansions
  • Identify partnership opportunities with creators, developers, communities, platforms, industry groups, and other audience ecosystems
  • Align product marketing, growth, CRM, creative, analytics, partnerships, and regional marketing teams
  • Measure campaign and audience performance and improve messaging, segmentation, customer journeys, regional strategies, and investments
  • Build reusable campaign processes and playbooks
  • Coach peers and junior teammates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, lifecycle marketing, growth marketing, audience strategy, partnerships, or related fields
  • Deep familiarity with AI products, foundation models, generative AI capabilities and limitations, and common user workflows; critical qualification
  • Experience translating complex technology and technical product capabilities into clear, compelling, differentiated customer value propositions
  • Ability to turn audience insight, cultural context, product strategy, and business goals into an actionable marketing system
  • Ability to move between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution
  • Ability to work from the US office three days per week
  • Nice to have: experience working with creators, developers, communities, partnerships, or other distinct customer segments
  • Nice to have: experience across cultures, regions, or international markets
  • Nice to have: experimentation, performance measurement, social listening, and translating signals into strategic recommendations
