About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support day-to-day internal communications for the Enterprise & Growth portfolio
- Support product, partnership, leadership, and organizational announcements
- Help plan and execute internal events, including All Hands, managers meetings, Q&As, leadership AMAs, employee engagement moments, and launch-related gatherings
- Support logistics and execution for company-wide customer storytelling programs
- Bring customer insights, examples, and impact stories to employees
- Monitor high-traffic Slack channels and employee feedback signals to identify questions, information gaps, and opportunities to improve clarity or connection
- Maintain intake and calendar, tracking key moments, milestones, dependencies, audiences, and review timelines
- Contribute to broader Internal Communications priorities as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience in internal communications, event coordination, marketing communications, operations, or a related field
- Experience supporting internal events, team meetings, All Hands, or employee engagement moments
- Excellent organization and project coordination skills
- Demonstrated experience tracking deadlines, dependencies, logistics, and stakeholder feedback
- Sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential or sensitive information
- Ability to build trust, anticipate communications needs, and keep cross-functional teams aligned
- Ability to work from a US office three days per week
- Work authorization in the country where the job is located
