About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engineer and operate enterprise platforms through infrastructure as code using Terraform
Build reusable Terraform modules, manage existing resources, detect configuration drift, and reconcile configurations
Design, build, and maintain integrations across enterprise applications and cloud services
Own data flows, API access, OAuth clients, service accounts, error handling, and operational monitoring
Partner with cloud and security owners on project setup, permissions, credential handling, and technical handoffs
Build enterprise application integrations and Jira/service-management workflows for IT, Security, and business teams
Develop ChatGPT Enterprise workspace administration using APIs and infrastructure as code
Test administrative capabilities and provide Customer Zero feedback to product teams
Build reusable internal tools, automation, autonomous workflows, self-service workflows, administrative utilities, and cross-application processes
Implement and identify gaps in platform controls
Validate access, sharing, integration, and logging behavior; preserve configuration and test evidence
Validate changes through complete employee workflows
Plan rollouts with monitoring and rollback, establish support ownership, and measure reliability and reduced manual effort
Participate in the on-call rotation and handle end-user escalations
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep experience with enterprise platforms such as Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and Slack
Experience with application integration, automation, and internal tools
Hands-on Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience, including reusable modules, state management, resource imports, plan review, automated validation, and deployment
Experience with version control, code review, and automated delivery pipelines
Experience using APIs and code to build integrations and tools
Experience with AI and agents or agentic automations, with attention to permissions, reliability, and verification
Ability to troubleshoot across applications, identity, permissions, provisioning, networking, and APIs
Ability to independently own complex systems improvements while supporting operational responsibilities
Ability to prioritize incidents and end-user escalations, communicate clearly, and maintain service continuity
Understanding of GCP fundamentals including OAuth clients, service accounts, IAM, secrets, and audit logging
Jira Service Management or Atlassian workflow engineering, automation, and integrations helpful
ChatGPT Enterprise administration, administrative APIs or Terraform providers, or operational experience with Notion and Linear helpful
Experience implementing and testing collaboration controls, producing audit evidence, and improving platform configuration or monitoring at scale helpful
Ability to work from the US office three days per week
Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
