About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical lead and thought partner for GSIs, RSIs, and boutique SIs building applications on OpenAI's API
Work with senior systems integrator and customer stakeholders to identify high-value GenAI applications and build a qualified backlog for AI roadmaps
Build hands-on prototypes and provide strategic guidance to accelerate customer time to value
Build and manage relationships with systems integrator and customer stakeholders to support successful deployment and scaling
Codify solution packages and architectural patterns to accelerate customer and partner deployment
Lead technical support for partners' initial projects and mentor their technical teams toward self-sufficiency
Scale the Partner Solutions Architect function by sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, contributing to open-source repositories, and publishing internal and external resources
Validate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to Product and Research teams
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Applied Research, and Product teams
Report to the Head of Solutions Architecture

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of technical consulting or equivalent experience
Experience managing C-level technical and business relationships with complex global organizations
Experience leading complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders, ideally within or through a systems integrator
Industry experience with programming languages such as Python or JavaScript
Experience leading complex implementations of Generative AI and/or traditional ML solutions
Experience building and/or delivering prototypes using the OpenAI API
Effective presentation and communication skills for translating business and technical topics to all audiences, including senior leaders
Ability to own problems end-to-end and learn missing knowledge as needed
Humble attitude, eagerness to help colleagues, and commitment to team success
Ability to work from a local office three days per week
Authorization to work in Brazil
