About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify where AI can most improve seller workflows and customer experiences
Build agents and workflows for account research, prospecting, qualification, meeting preparation, follow-up, deal management, and account growth
Define and prototype autonomous AI sellers that manage parts of the sales cycle or run it end to end
Proactively move opportunities forward and involve human partners when needed
Partner with Engineering and Design to ship products to OpenAI’s sales teams
Learn from live customer interactions and improve products quickly
Measure success through revenue impact, customer experience, seller effectiveness, win rates, and reduced manual work
Turn successful workflows into repeatable products for sales teams and customer segments, with potential to serve other companies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Firsthand sales experience
Clear understanding of how sellers build relationships, understand customer needs, and win business
Experience building and experimenting with AI tools to improve how work gets done
Strong product judgment
Curiosity about users
Ability to turn a messy workflow into a concrete product
Ability to work closely with technical teams
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to take ownership from problem definition through adoption
Ability to work from the US office three days per week
Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
