About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the strategy and execute the roadmap for enterprise identity, spanning SSO, SCIM, and advanced admin controls
Partner with customers and internal teams to design features meeting diverse enterprise security and compliance needs
Collaborate with engineering and GTM to evolve the enterprise identity data model for complex organizational hierarchies and administration models
Lead cross-functional efforts to integrate enterprise identity across ChatGPT, API, and new product surfaces
Establish and track KPIs measuring product success, adoption, and reliability
Deliver critical enterprise identity capabilities across OpenAI products, enabling secure management of users, data, and access

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of product management experience leading large-scale enterprise products
Strong product judgment and ability to simplify complex problems
Ability to work effectively with technical teams and ship high-quality products
Analytical and user-focused approach
Excellent cross-functional communication skills
Ability to work from the US office three days per week
Authorization to work in the country where the job is located
