About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage Transformation Leads in America West
- Personally advise senior customers at OpenAI’s Executive Briefing Center in San Francisco
- Lead executive AI and organizational change workshops
- Help leaders redesign processes, question incentives, test offerings, and define evaluation criteria
- Represent OpenAI on large stages and in leadership meetings
- Develop ideas from customer work for talks, blog articles, podcasts, and internal/external media
- Bring concrete customer-needs examples to Product
- Collaborate with account teams on customer plans
- Build and manage the West team, assign priorities, provide guidance, and coach team members
- Share successful approaches with regional peers and partners
- Help customers develop governance systems for ongoing change
- Meet customers across the US West region
Requirements
What you’ll need- Helped executives rethink a product, service, or way of working with AI
- Ability to explain organizational changes, customer learnings, and concrete value realization
- Ability to inspire large audiences and earn the trust of Fortune 100 executive teams
- Ability to ask insightful questions and adapt to fluid internal and customer situations within tight delivery schedules
- Uses AI personally and can turn ambitious ideas into small, credible customer tests within minutes
- Experience managing customer-facing teams while leading customer work personally
- Ability to work from the US office three days per week
