About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own Security & IT M&A programs from diligence through Day 1 readiness, integration, onboarding, post-close priorities, and handoff to ongoing owners
  • Support System Operations and engineering teams in defining and performing timely diligence assessments
  • Scope, plan, and execute acquisition integrations
  • Partner with Corporate Development, IT, Infrastructure, Application, Legal, Privacy, Security, GRC, Corporate Security, and other teams
  • Clarify responsibilities and decision rights and bring in appropriate technical and risk experts
  • Identify missed dependencies, bottlenecks, duplicated effort, and integration risks
  • Establish scalable frameworks, processes, program goals, and success measures
  • Build intake paths, playbooks, onboarding checklists, decision points, and handoff standards
  • Use AI and automation to organize information, surface gaps, improve documentation, route work, and track follow-through
  • Maintain visibility across deals, risks, milestones, and dependencies
  • Measure readiness, manual-effort reduction, risk closure, and transition predictability
  • Communicate status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions to technical and executive audiences
  • Own additional programs spanning Security and IT as priorities evolve

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs
  • Proven record of successful partnership in security, IT, infrastructure, privacy, trust, product risk, or other technical domains
  • Experience carrying programs from an ambiguous starting point through execution and lasting ownership
  • Experience building a new program, workflow, or operating model and earning adoption
  • Experience using AI or automation to improve a real workflow
  • Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions or related areas
  • Ability to influence cross-functional and executive audiences
  • Ability to identify underlying issues behind missed handoffs or recurring exceptions
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and rigorous approach to quality, accountability, and delivery
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and exercise sound judgment
