Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop country strategies, plans, priorities and forecasts for key European markets
  • Translate company strategy into practical local action

  • Identify market expansion opportunities and build scalable launch frameworks

  • Work deeply in priority markets while building approaches scalable across EMEA

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10 years + of experience in growth, strategy, business operations or quantitative analytics with meaningful responsibility for outcomes
  • Experience developing country, regional or multi-market strategies and translating them into focused execution plans
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including forecasting, financial modeling and growth metrics
  • Examples of personally taking initiatives from insight through launch and measurement
  • Understanding of European markets with a regional and scalable perspective
  • Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders and influence teams without formal authority
  • Ability to operate with high ownership and urgency in ambiguous, resource-constrained environments
  • Deep interest in AI and alignment with OpenAI’s mission
  • Ability to work from the London office three days per week
