Handle a broad range of legal matters, including licensing agreements across countries and continents, patent preparations, immigration issues, corporate governance, law-school and conference invitations, collaboration deals, U.S. trademark-office actions, AI-powered legal workflows, state and global taxation, enterprise sales contracts, data privacy and information security screenings, and financings
Optionally own customer, vendor, partner, and creator contracts end-to-end, including intake, drafting, negotiation, closing, and filing
Improve contract templates, playbooks, and systems
Focus on an area aligned with the candidate’s expertise, interests, or desired development
Work directly with a small team and use AI tools for drafting, review, research, and triage

Requirements

What you’ll need
