About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive business development, build strong client relationships, and accelerate revenue growth
  • Own the full enterprise lifecycle for accounts, including securing new business, initial onboarding, workflow configurations, and ongoing account management
  • Schedule and conduct regular client meetings, address concerns, and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Translate client workflows into ideal platform settings and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client issues and coordinate timely resolution and escalation
  • Identify, facilitate, and close upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work toward meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets
  • Deliver tailored training and demonstrations of new products
  • Partner with product and development teams on technical onboarding and optimization
  • Coordinate execution of new agreements, addendums, and renewals with Legal
  • Analyze competition to maximize customer retention
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Business Development, and Management; report to the Director of Business Development

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of customer-relations focused or industry-related experience
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, business, or related field or equivalent professional experience
  • Superior communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (nice to have)
  • User experience with RDN (Recovery Database Network) or other SaaS platforms (nice to have)
  • Experience using HubSpot or other CRM software (nice to have)
  • Background in financial services, automotive finance, or recovery industries (nice to have)
