Key responsibilities & impact

Build OpenLoop's technical content function from the ground up as the first hire in the function
Focus on new and emerging platforms and lead how clients understand and leverage new technology
Turn product roadmaps and release notes into client-facing and internal documentation
Create client feature release newsletters
Lead client- and platform-related communications, including supporting Customer Success with partner newsletters
Manage the client-facing knowledge base
Convert client and internal stakeholder feedback into clear notes for the product team
Build and manage automation and AI workflows that transform product release notes into client-facing and internal deliverables
Develop internal AI within the platform growth team to identify focus areas across customer enablement, Customer Success, sales, and marketing
Build internal AI tools to track growth opportunities in intake conversion rate optimization programs
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

3+ years of technical writing or similar business-to-business writing experience
5+ years of professional experience
Strong command of AI, with the ability to build workflows that incorporate multiple steps and multiple teams
Strong written and verbal communication, with an ability to work effectively with multiple teams
Strong command of technology, with the ability to make complex product and technical concepts easy to understand
Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Ability to work in the United States; the application asks whether visa sponsorship is required
