Key responsibilities & impact

Gain hands-on experience with GRC compliance tools such as Drata and security tools such as CrowdStrike
Use Claude and AI features to create vulnerability dashboards and reports
Shadow team members to understand security and compliance workflows
Use JIRA, Confluence, and other project management tools to track compliance tasks and projects
Collect and review technical security evidence for audits
Support phishing simulations, email security, and penetration-testing programs
Use SAST tooling to track and report vulnerabilities
Propose and develop workflow automations for GRC and security operations
Own assigned security projects and contribute independently to deliverables
Manage audit evidence collection tasks in Drata
Analyze vulnerability findings and track remediation efforts
Gain hands-on familiarity with AWS cloud security operations and vulnerability assessments

What you’ll need

Must be a current student enrolled in a college/university program or have graduated within the past 12 months
Undergraduate, postgraduate, or associate programs accepted
Reliable, high-speed internet connection during working hours
Must commit to regular office hours in US continental time zones, Monday to Friday
Full-time commitment of 32 to 40 hours per week for 20 weeks
