  • Collaborate with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to strategize target accounts and optimize lead conversion rates
  • Stay knowledgeable about restaurant industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings
  • Drive business growth by identifying and generating new restaurant partnerships across the US
  • Educate prospective clients on OpenTable's reservation and guest management solutions
  • Secure qualified meetings for Account Executives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or customer-facing sales roles
  • Proven track record of prospecting, qualifying leads, and meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to convey complex product values clearly
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools
  • Ability to work in a hybrid capacity from the Chicago office two days per week
  • Experience in SaaS, hospitality, or restaurant technology industries preferred
  • Familiarity with OpenTable's product platform and restaurant management tools preferred
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with key decision-makers and restaurant owners preferred
  • Experience managing multi-channel outbound campaigns using modern sales technology tools such as Groove preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field preferred
