About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, growth, adoption, and commercial outcomes for MetaDefender Cloud
  • Operate as the business owner for a trust-critical enterprise cloud product
  • Define prevention tier ladders, packaging, pricing, metering, discount guidance, and the price book
  • Own contractual SLAs, latency, availability, recovery objectives, automatic failover, and multi-region resilience
  • Maintain and extend ISO 27001, SOC 2, and other certifications, plus data-privacy and data-residency posture
  • Run the shared platform serving web proxy and ICAP protection, secure storage, email security, Salesforce, and threat hunting
  • Own cost per scan, unit economics, margin, performance, and cost efficiency
  • Lead platform transitions, customer migration paths, and retirement of legacy offerings
  • Grow cloud marketplace, channel, reseller, and distribution partnerships
  • Build the Technology Partners program with SDKs, API documentation, automated onboarding, and vetting
  • Drive product-led growth through self-serve, paid conversion, inbound, digital funnels, and upgrade paths
  • Shape onboarding, console, and API experiences for cloud architects, platform engineers, and enterprise security leaders
  • Enable sales, participate in anchor events, work with channel partners, and measure ROI
  • Monitor KPIs including tier mix, NDR, GDR, realization, platform performance, and unit cost
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the MetaDefender Cloud product team
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and results to internal teams, executives, and customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in product management of cloud or SaaS products
  • Experience ideally in cybersecurity or another trust-critical enterprise service
  • Experience leading product managers is a strong plus
  • Experience running a high-availability, multi-tenant cloud service as a product
  • Experience with SLA and SLO design, recovery objectives, failover, and multi-region architecture
  • Credibility with SRE and platform engineering
  • Hands-on experience taking a cloud product through certifications such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS
  • Experience shaping data-privacy and data-residency posture for regulated buyers
  • Ability to run a product line as a business, including packaging, pricing models, metering, and unit economics
  • Fluency in NDR, GDR, and recurring-revenue metrics
  • Experience growing products through cloud marketplaces such as AWS and Azure, channel, or reseller partners
  • Experience evolving a shared platform used by multiple products
  • Experience with self-serve and developer-facing offerings, onboarding funnels, API-first products, and enterprise conversion
  • Track record of building persona-driven product experiences using research, usage data, and design partnership
  • AI-first mindset and active use of AI tools in daily work
  • Comfortable working with R&D on APIs, cloud architecture, and technical trade-offs
  • Proven experience managing products from concept through launch with measurable results
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, interpersonal, and executive communication skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly to field events, customers, and R&D sites
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies or similar frameworks
