About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and own Optasia’s AI enablement strategy, including the roadmap, learning journeys and adoption initiatives across the organization
- Design and deliver a company-wide AI curriculum covering AI fundamentals, prompting, advanced use cases, productivity workflows and responsible AI
- Lead cohort-based sessions to upskill the workforce in generative AI and technology adoption
- Deliver tailored feedback and developmental coaching through 1:1 sessions, hands-on workshops, training sessions, demos and office hours
- Develop an AI Champions network across functions
- Teach employees to identify AI opportunities and build practical AI solutions, including assistants, workflows and agents using Claude and Copilot
- Partner with teams to identify high-value AI use cases and support AI adoption in everyday workflows
- Own internal AI communications and engagement, including campaigns, newsletters, events, success stories and practical resources
- Build and maintain a self-service AI learning hub with curriculum content, how-to guides, playbooks, prompts, use cases and learning materials
- Measure AI adoption and impact by tracking participation, capability, usage and business value
- Partner with IT, Security and other stakeholders to promote responsible and secure AI use and communicate policies and guidelines
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years' proven leadership experience in AI enablement, L&D design, digital adoption, transformation and change management
- Strong hands-on experience with a variety of Generative AI tools, including Claude and Microsoft Copilot
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs and learning content
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in change management, driving adoption, and behavioral change across an organization
- Ability to create dashboards, analyze data, and provide management insights
- Practical, curious, and experimental mindset with willingness to build and test AI solutions
- Proven experience designing AI agents, workflows, or automation is essential
- Experience in a fast-paced, international, or technology-driven environment is a plus
- A degree in an AI-related field or equivalent industry background is ideal but not essential
