About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support initiatives that improve margin and operational efficiency, including process redesign, workflow automation, and cost and efficiency analysis
- Build and maintain recurring and ad hoc operational and financial reports
- Analyze trends, performance, and variances, and prepare presentations for senior leadership
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning by analyzing actuals against budget and forecast
- Identify key drivers, variances, risks, and opportunities and partner with functional leaders on assumptions
- Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses
- Support cross-functional projects and independently manage smaller projects and ad hoc analyses
- Support the design, coordination, and implementation of AI-enabled processes and reporting automation
- Partner with stakeholders to align AI workflows, standardize processes, and identify agentic AI opportunities
- Manage and optimize financial and operational platforms, including administration, configuration, integrations, and system improvements
- Support oversight and reporting of quota attainment, SLA performance, and related compensation-plan metrics
- Connect Finance with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and other functional leaders
- Maintain data integrity and reliable data flows between Jira, Zendesk, CRM systems, financial platforms, and reporting tools
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies to support reliable financial reporting and decision-making
- Report to the Vice President of Finance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, FP&A, revenue operations, finance or a related analytical role
- Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, or other financial planning activities, with the ability to connect operational performance to financial results
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize information from operational, contractual, financial, and business sources into clear insights and recommendations
- Experience developing and documenting SOPs, identifying process inefficiencies, and implementing improvements to increase operational efficiency or profitability
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive outcomes without direct authority, partnering effectively with Finance and business stakeholders
- Experience managing or optimizing financial and operational platforms, maintaining data integrity and reporting accuracy, coordinating cross-functional system integrations, and implementing AI-enabled productivity solutions or automated workflows
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related field
- Preferred: Experience working in a PE-backed, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organization
- Preferred: Experience working with healthcare technology, SaaS or other technology-enabled B2B businesses
