About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Edit and repurpose short-form videos for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Prepare captions, graphics, and supporting content
- Transform existing content into polished, engaging, platform-ready posts
- Ensure content follows the client’s brand, tone, and communication style
- Research relevant trends, topics, hashtags, and content ideas
- Organize content assets for easy access and future use
- Manage the client’s social media accounts and daily content activities
- Schedule and publish posts, Reels, stories, and other social media content
- Maintain a consistent content calendar and posting schedule
- Monitor comments, messages, and basic audience engagement
- Keep social media profiles organized, updated, and aligned with the client’s brand
- Track basic content performance and provide updates or recommendations
- Support content ideas based on the client’s goals and audience
- Assist with content optimization for search and audience engagement
- Identify opportunities to improve social media presence and content performance
- Assist with Generative Engine Optimization initiatives
- Support content visibility across AI-powered search and answer platforms using provided GEO training and AI-assisted workflows
- Provide occasional client outreach and follow-up support
- Prepare messages, track responses, and maintain timely follow-ups as needed
- Collaborate regularly with the client and OptiNizers team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous experience in social media management, content creation, or a similar role
- Strong short-form video editing, caption writing, and content development skills
- Familiarity with Instagram and other major social media platforms
- Understanding of social media scheduling, content planning, and audience engagement
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Creative, proactive, dependable, and able to work independently
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet publishing deadlines
- Experience creating or managing Instagram Reels and other short-form videos (preferred)
- Previous experience working with clients or businesses in the legal or law industry (preferred)
- Familiarity with content scheduling, design, and video-editing tools (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SEO, GEO, or digital content optimization (preferred)
- Experience managing social media for a personal brand, professional, or service-based business (preferred)
- Familiarity with social media analytics and performance reporting (preferred)
- Willingness to use AI tools and learn their application to content creation, optimization, and online visibility
