About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform remote pump management duties for assigned sites, including pump pickups, monitoring pump reports, patient transfers, preventative maintenance management, and marking pumps lost.
Remotely manage pump pick-ups, including patient outreach and documentation of attempts.
Track and report lost pumps and patient billing for lost pumps.
Monitor and correct local sites’ OneTrack pump assignment issues, therapy end dates, and pump billing processes.
Provide guidance and suggestions to local site teams to improve pump management performance.
Monitor and report weekly on sites conducting pump scans three times per week and bimonthly accessory scans.
Move accessories to the lost bin when reconciling bimonthly storage bin scans.
Work with McKesson on OneTrack pump management issues.
Participate in camera-on periodic pump management calls and related calls, including ad-hoc training calls with local sites.
Safeguard confidential patient and proprietary company information.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Accept other assigned responsibilities and duties.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of at least 1 year of related asset management experience
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple assignments, under time constrains while maintaining high quality work with minimal supervision
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of changing situations.
Experience communicating both verbally on phone, one-on-one and in writing emails, letters, reports, to various audiences work group, team, company management, external vendors.
Basic level PC skills
Basic email skills, internet explorer, MS Excel and Word.
Willing to travel up to 10% of the time
Home infusion and asset management experience preferred
Prior experience working in a warehouse or delivery setting.
