About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Providing first line support for users of selected IT group applications (SAP VIM, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow) on behalf of local companies from the Orbia group
- Administration and granting accesses to users of selected group applications
- Active support for users of local companies and SSC with knowledge of group applications and participation in the development of further functionalities
- Participation in implementation of new IT applications in companies from the group
- Carrying out system tests and user trainings
- Solving issues and being a point of contact/facilitator between IT and applications’ end users
- Direct contact with the applications’ providers
- Active participation in standardization and optimization of the transferred processes
- Participation in Shared Service Center development for Orbia group
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of SAP VIM and e-invoicing process will be crucial
- Knowledge of systems such as SAP, SAP Concur, Coupa, Weissr Capex, ServiceNow will be highly appreciated
- Experience in Product Owner role will be nice to have
- Understanding of business processes and IT systems management standards
- Skills in IT area
- Cognitive curiosity, drive towards self-reliant verification and analysis of system possibilities and their development
- Innovative and proactive approach to opportunities created by changes and flexibility
- Very good communication and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite – particularly MS Excel
- Advanced knowledge of English language
- Experience in project management will be highly appreciated
- Experience of working within SSC area will be highly appreciated
