About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate demand forecasts and S&OP plans into raw material supply plans
- Monitor inventory, identify supply risks and ensure continuity of supply
- Manage forecasting activities and coordinate with suppliers on volumes, availability and lead times
- Support Category Managers with demand, inventory and market insights
- Maintain planning data and reporting in SAP, Power BI and Excel
- Coordinate international logistics and import/export activities where required
- Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations and Finance teams across EMEA
- Support resolution of P2P, invoice and supply-related issues
- Drive process standardisation, digitalisation and operational excellence initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in Supply Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics or Materials Management
- Background within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of forecasting, inventory management and procurement processes
- Experience collaborating with international and cross-functional stakeholders
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with SAP, Power BI and other ERP/planning systems
- Knowledge of Coupa and international logistics processes is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage priorities in a dynamic international environment
- Continuous improvement and process optimisation focus
