About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own COD business performance and strategic growth
Manage quarterly budgeting by brand/business line
Deliver monthly financial reporting, including P&L and performance
Produce monthly stock forecasts
Ensure stock availability for launches and oversee the launch process
Manage out-of-stock situations to protect sales while minimizing bottom-line impact
Lead quarterly initiative planning
Secure and coordinate resources across IT, BI, CRO, creative, and media buying
Run regular syncs with Business Owners to resolve bottlenecks
Ensure finance/accounting alignment and compliance
Drive engagement and advocacy for COD projects across departments
Identify new growth areas and conceptualize initiatives such as Pay by link and AI order confirmation
Evaluate ROI and feasibility with IT and cross-functional teams
Leverage team strengths, foster motivation, delegate effectively, and drive productivity and growth

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in ecommerce, business management, operations, or strategy
1–2 years in leadership
Track record managing P&L, budgeting, and performance across multiple brands/business lines
Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain
Ability to lead cross-functional initiative planning and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
Analytical mindset and skill in ROI/business case evaluation and identifying new growth opportunities
Solid grasp of finance and accounting principles in business operations
Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
Fluent English; additional languages a plus
Bachelor's in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a plus
