About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own COD business performance and strategic growth
- Manage quarterly budgeting by brand/business line
- Deliver monthly financial reporting, including P&L and performance
- Produce monthly stock forecasts
- Ensure stock availability for launches and oversee the launch process
- Manage out-of-stock situations to protect sales while minimizing bottom-line impact
- Lead quarterly initiative planning and secure resources across IT, BI, CRO, creatives, and media buying
- Run regular syncs with Business Owners to resolve bottlenecks and ensure finance/accounting alignment
- Coordinate internal and external cross-functional teams
- Drive engagement and advocacy for COD projects across departments
- Resolve technical bottlenecks with IT and ensure compliance alignment with finance/accounting
- Identify new growth areas and conceptualize initiatives such as Pay by link and AI order confirmation
- Evaluate ROI and feasibility with IT and cross-functional teams
- Leverage team strengths, foster motivation, delegate effectively, and drive productivity and growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years in ecommerce, business management, operations, or strategy, including 1–2 years in leadership
- Track record managing P&L, budgeting, and performance across multiple brands/business lines
- Strong background in demand forecasting, inventory management, or supply chain
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiative planning and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence without direct authority
- Analytical mindset and skill in ROI/business case evaluation and identifying new growth opportunities
- Solid grasp of finance and accounting principles in business operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior stakeholders
- Fluent English; additional languages a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA a plus
