About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct outbound calls to restaurant partners to ensure they upgrade to the latest platform
  • Educate existing partners on the benefits of the newest online ordering platform
  • Maintain regular communication to support platform adoption
  • Work to onboarding timelines while balancing empathy, problem-solving, and communication
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful migrations
  • Refer partner queries to the relevant team or department
  • Offer guidance and improvements to help restaurants grow their online presence
  • Work with other commercial departments to support partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to adapt
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confidence speaking with customers and building relationships
  • Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is a bonus, but not essential
  • Team spirit and ability to thrive under pressure
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently
  • Flexible availability for Monday–Friday shifts: 9am–5.30pm, 9:30am–6:00pm, or 10am–6.30pm
