About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the hospital’s various administrative services and assist the Director
- Define administrative procedures and protocols, from needs assessment through financial monitoring
- Monitor compliance with procedures and recommend improvements
- Analyze revenue and expenditure and strengthen the hospital’s financial autonomy
- Supervise accounting and tax management, payroll, and support for indigent patients
- Advise the Director on financial management, expenditure, cash flow, and new projects
- Contribute to the preparation of activity reports and financial appendices
- Prepare budgets and monitor their implementation by activity and department
- Develop financial and budget analysis tools
- Participate in management committee meetings and meetings with department heads
- Streamline the management of pharmaceutical inventories and supervise monthly orders
- Monitor the use and updating of management software
- Manage the hospital’s fixed assets
- Develop relationships with pharmaceutical suppliers
- Supervise relations with regulatory and oversight bodies, particularly the Togolese Revenue Office and EXCO
- Organize events within the hospital
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (or equivalent, Bac+5) in administrative management or a related field
- Knowledge of healthcare issues and humanitarian principles, or a strong interest in these areas
- Initial experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or in Africa is an advantage
- Skills in finance, accounting, or logistics
- Proficiency in tools related to finance, accounting, or logistics
- Ability to work independently and adapt flexibly
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Availability for a 12-month assignment starting in November 2026
