About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Schedule and interview study participants
- Enter survey responses into an online data repository according to project protocols
- Fulfill subcontracted quality assurance and data-entry projects
- Work with the project manager on data management
- Provide feedback on assigned projects
- Arrange and conduct interviews remotely or in interviewees' homes or community settings
- Maintain organized records of schedules, interviews, and other activities for weekly reports
- Attend regular office hours, scheduled supervision meetings, onboarding activities, and required training
- Complete required tracking forms, timecards, and mileage documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's in relevant field AND 2 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of training and experience with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines with paperwork
- Phone, wireless internet, and email account for conducting interviews and submitting work-related forms
- Ability to conduct interviews online or in interviewees' homes or community settings, potentially in noisy environments
- Ability to maintain organized records for weekly reports
- Ability to sit for up to 1 to 1.5 hours for interview sessions
- Private area for confidential telework interviews
- Own computer with webcam and high-speed internet
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and PDF forms
- Ability to enter data into a secure database
- Ability to use or be trained to use an iPhone and computer for interviews and data transfer
- Reliable transportation or ability to drive to interview sites
- Valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance when using own vehicle
- Experience working with people with disabilities or having a family member with a disability preferred
- High level of technical skill in data handling and interviewing preferred
- Research experience preferred

Comp & perks- Temporary part-time position at 0.49 FTE, approximately 19 hours per week, through June 2027
