About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide clinical information and education on company products
  • Support clinical training programs and customer needs
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers within the assigned geography
  • Engage healthcare providers and business professionals in balanced product sales presentations
  • Serve as a product expert and convey technical and clinical information accurately
  • Explain managed care and reimbursement matters relevant to customer segments
  • Build and maintain strong customer partnerships
  • Provide management with updates on customer needs, feedback, marketplace dynamics, and quality-goal progress
  • Manage complex account interdependencies and develop short- and long-term account plans
  • Conduct product in-services and account business reviews
  • Monitor business performance, competitive activity, and market trends using company-provided tools
  • Develop and execute territory and account-level business plans
  • Maintain product and ecosystem knowledge and certification
  • Complete administrative requirements accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with the extended customer team on customer strategy and relationships
  • Support complex procurement channels including Buy and Bill, Assignment of Benefits, and 340B

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree with at least two years of sales experience OR 6+ years of equivalent experience
  • Equivalent experience may include professional sales, healthcare/scientific work, professional marketing, or military experience
  • Demonstrated excellence in current or previous professional roles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze metrics to assess progress against objectives
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed
  • Willingness to complete credentialing requirements for in-person account access
  • Preferred: BA/BS degree with at least six years of sales experience OR 10+ years of equivalent experience, including at least 4 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries
  • Preferred: Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience
  • Preferred: Buy and Bill experience
  • Preferred: Experience in women's health industry
