About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain demand and supply planning systems, focusing on data accuracy and parameter control
Support demand activities for product launches, new product introductions/deletions, phase-in or phase-out initiatives, and supply source changes
Monitor targets and identify drivers for forecast accuracy metrics
Collaborate in Market/Brand IBP
Collect business intelligence from market stakeholders across the 36-month timeframe
Participate in social outreach opportunities
Support US Supply Chain Operations within the Demand Planning & Fulfillment branch
Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to review demand forecasts, historical sales trends, and demand drivers
Monitor supply plans to exceed customer service levels while maintaining inventory targets and planning parameters
Identify and support business process improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Foundation of analytical skills with the ability to examine data to draw conclusions
Previous experience using Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables, PowerBI or SAP would be a bonus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, a related Business field, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related Engineering field
Future interest or previous experience in the Supply Chain field
Applicant responsible for transportation to and from the primary site as needed
US and PR residents only
Must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
