Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidate must reside within the North and South Carolina and Tennessee territory
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Previous Field Sales Management experience
  • Experience working with key thought leaders or high influence customers in large group practices, hospitals, or managed care organizations
  • Experience working in Marketing, Managed Care, or Sales support areas within the pharmaceutical industry
  • Capable of establishing relationships and networks within a customer organization
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams through change and new challenges
  • Situational coaching skills and emotional intelligence
  • Self-starter comfortable working in and leading a team through ambiguity
  • Ability to communicate with courage and candor
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to understand customer objectives
  • Demonstrated account planning and management skills
  • Strong collaboration with extended teams
  • At least six years of sales experience OR 10+ years of equivalent experience without a degree
  • At least 4 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries preferred
  • Must be a US or Puerto Rico resident
  • Must be able to satisfy applicable travel and credentialing requirements, including associated vaccination prerequisites
  • Valid driving license field is listed
